Server Transfer

Well our hosters need to to transfer our server for some reason... heres what they sent us:

Recently we sent out an email in regards to our London infrastructure upgrades. Your server has been selected to be transferred to our newer nodes within the next 48 hours. As mentioned all of the files in the /minecraft folder will be transferred unless instructed otherwise. Please note that your IP address will change buy the custom hostnames will be updated accordingly. In addition, please allow up to 48 hours for DNS zone propagation. We thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions you are more than free to reply back to this ticket and we would be more than happy to assist you.
